ACCOUNT PRIVACY
Your learning.
Your information.
How registration and sign-in information is handled on ImagingNest AI.
What registration asks for
Email registration asks for your first name, last name, and email address. A contact number is optional. These details are used to create and manage your learning account, verify your email, and respond to account-related requests.
Google and Microsoft sign-in
When enabled, Google and Microsoft provide basic identity information such as your name and email address. ImagingNest AI requests identity access only, not access to your email messages, contacts, calendar, or files. If a first or last name is missing, you can complete it in your profile.
Account services and sessions
Account registration and sign-in use Supabase Auth when connected. Google and Microsoft handle their respective sign-in screens. Your account profile is stored with the authentication service. Secure cookies keep you signed in; authentication tokens are not stored in this site's browser local storage.
Current availability
The sign-in pages show which methods are available. If account access is being set up, registration does not submit or save your details. Existing learning materials may remain publicly accessible until protected access is activated.
Your study activity
Saved labs and module completion remain stored locally in your browser. They are not automatically transferred to your account. Each anatomy viewer explains how its own files and annotations are handled.
Account questions or removal
You can update your name and optional contact number on the account page after signing in. To request account removal or ask about your information, email imagingnest@gmail.com. Your account information is not used for marketing in this implementation.
