GUIDED MRI REVIEW · ANATOMY + CLINICAL REASONING
Work through a real T2 image stack, explain the anatomy, and build a disciplined clinical readout. Suggested time: 35–40 minutes.
Case MIP-PROSTATE-01-0004 · TCIA · 3T MRI with an endorectal coil. This module loads 64 images across three T2 series. Clinical history and a verified diagnosis are not supplied. The sequence strategy is broadly reusable; the anatomy and clinical examples are prostate-specific.

SOURCE MRI
Native MRI · labels follow DICOM orientation.
Use the checkpoint buttons to navigate, then inspect neighboring images.
These are teaching contours of the prostate, bladder, seminal vesicles and rectum. They do not mark zones, tumors or a clinically validated boundary. Ducts, ureters and vessel paths are not drawn onto MRI.
Checkpoint slices are starting points, not verified structure borders or lesion labels. Scroll the complete available stack. Notes and review progress stay in this browser.
SYNTHESIS
Write observations from this de-identified teaching case. Nothing is prefilled as normal; this worksheet does not generate a diagnosis or PI-RADS score.
Review is limited to three acquired T2-weighted stacks. Diffusion/ADC, T1 and dynamic contrast images are not provided in this module. No overall PI-RADS assessment or exclusion of clinically significant cancer is made from this exercise.
